Vintage custom made Pale green and gold gown and jacket set

This vintage Gown and Jacket set is stunningly beautiful in person. Truly a piece that will stand out from the crowd. The fabric is iridescent and the colour shimmers with a golden undertone when it moves in the light. The brocade embroidery is all in gold thread. Considering the finishings and inside stitching this is clearly a bespoke custom sewn dress - likely for an important event such as a wedding or gala. The hand stitching on the back zipper area is evident. There is no fabric tag of course but I believe this is a high quality silk fabric. The dress has an empire waist and will be a flattering fit. It is a fairly small fitting garment which could possibly be altered to fit a little bigger. As is it is xs to small. The lay flat measurements are as follows: Dress - pit to pit 16 1/4, waist 13.5 in, hips 20 in, length 54 in (there is about a 3 inch seam allowance so could be lengthened or be source of extra fabric) jacket pit to pit 18 in, shoulder to shoulder 14.5 in, sleeve 20.5 in. This is a gorgeous vintage garment that is in exceptional condition. It has no damage or stains. It has however, been stored for an extended period of time and will benefit from a drycleaning to fully refresh this beautiful dress.
