Vintage cute lightweight tank

Sea themed with shells & starfish around the collar. In great vintage condition - please see photos for barely noticeable white spot on the back of shirt. Otherwise perfect. Size tag says 16 but fits like a modern L/XL Bust: 22” Length: 25.5”
