Vintage dangle earrings enamelled

Vintage 50s or 60s perhaps. Hand painted enamel. Off white, pink & red roses with green dashes for leaves. These are very unusual and I’ve had them in my jewelry collection for years. Only mark is a small and really unnoticeable chip pointed to in last pic. #38 boutique box
