Vintage, brand unknown. Tag says L but the item fits like an XL. Missing one button on the very bottom, but all others are securely attached. Synthetic material, soft. Not lined. Measurements when laying flat: Armpit to waist: 9.75” Armpit to armpit: 24.5” Shoulder to waist: 20”
