This blouse is in brand new with tags condition, has buttons up the front (two hidden snaps to prevent gaping), comes with a removable tie around the collar for a pu$$y bow. Sleeves are cuffed with one button. It’s giving classic Dolly Parton in 9 to 5 🤣 Tag says it is from October 1985 and was sold at Lou’s Fashions for $42.
