Vintage dog plush stuffed animal fluffy red dog

Interesting a tad weird a bit creepy Not sure if he’s from anything His tag says Loblaws 2005 on it He has a Velcro opening on his belly and a hard ball inside his head . So unsure if he has a purpose I can not find another quite like him online to find out . He’s super cute though in that ugly kind of cute way , and sure to make any child or adult happy He’s clean , very fluffy and floppy he would be happy to have a new place to call home .
