Vintage doll with porcelain head and hands

This doll has a porcelain head, hands (including forearms), and potentially feet as well? (They are in boots but feel hard). The body is a soft doll body. Her face and hands are painted with an almost grey cast, which is what caught my eye about her. She is in good condition with no major damage from what I can tell. Her clothes have a couple stains. Her hair is tangled. Potentially the beginning of a hairline crack near one eye (see photos). Approx 16” long.
