Gorgeous vintage dress with shoulder pads Brand Em Elle Size 12 Waist 42 cm flat Under armpit flat measure 58 cm 128 cm lenght From the waist up it's loose, you can use it like this or with the buttons on the back. It has a zip on the waist as you can see. It's mean to be dry cleaned so where my finger is on the sleeve you can see a little watermark. It's not noticeable at all and will come off when you dry clean it. It's a gorgeous and unique dress, elegant, coming straight from the past 💚
