Willi of California vintage black and white dress. Long sleeves with cuffs and a button. Ruffle collar v-neck. Elastic waist with belt loop strings but no belt. Quite sheer. Needs a slip. No size tags. Measurements in the pictures. Probably a small. Great vintage condition.
