Vintage dress - green striped

This Windsdor Dress was bought on here but was listed as a blue green but it is in fact more green and sadly for me it clashed with my complexion… It is adorable with two minor repair needed as shown. Please note I have not washed or worn this dress since I bought it - so the smell is something the original seller has sprayed on the dress - I had put this dress away and forgotten about it is. It doesnt have any stretch but waist has elastic approximate measurements. Pit to pit : 22" Sleeves :22" Total lenght:42" Bottom:35" Measures are only approximate Black blazer not included but available in my listing
