Vintage long sleeve dress. Royal blue velvety material with rhinestones around the neck and wrists. There are a couple stones missing. Unlined. There is a zipper down the back. It sticks about an inch from the bottom. There are 2 hook and eyes at the top of the zipper. There are not any brand or materials tags. Please see the measurements below. It feels like velvet outside and like a cotton blend on the inside. The fabric has some stretch to it. There are not any stains, tears, or holes. Very good, vintage condition.
