Made from luxuriously soft burgundy velour, this piece features a flattering wrap design, a smocked waist for a comfortable and tailored fit, and long, billowy sleeves with smocked cuffs. The hidden side pockets add both practicality and charm. Size: Small Waist- 14.5” (waist is stretchy) Length- (waist to hem- 42”) Length- shoulder to hem- 54” There is lots of room in the bust because of how the fabric is pleated. I am not sure how to measure the bust because of how the dress is made.
