Vintage drop waist pleated midi dress with abstract print

High collar. Faux flap chest pockets. Button down from neck to drop waist. Unlined. Button cuffs. Buttoned epaulettes. Has matching fabric shoulder pads but one has disintigrated foam and other still has very light padding. Made by Priscille. Feels like a more substantial polyester(not flimsy). I am guessing it can fit up to a Large(see measurements). Model is 5’9, US 4. Approx 46in length, 18.5in shoulder seam to seam, 24in sleeve length, 27in pit to pit, 26in length from shoulder to drop waist, 24.5in width of drop waist.
