Super cute short sleeve sweater cardigan. Teal blue colour with hand embroidered orange and yellow flowers, green leaves and vines, and pearl buttons. Probably from the 70s to 80s. Y2k vibes. handmade embroidery! No material tags. Feels like a blend of acrylic and nylon. Soft and crisp to the touch, not rough or itchy at all. excellent vintage condition!
