Vintage enamel blue flower brooch

This vintage brooch is lovely. Made of metal, the flower petals have navy blue paint enamel with a turquoise blue center. Measures 3" in diameter. There are 2 noticeable chips shown in 2nd and 3rd photos and then a few pinpoint sized ones hardly noticeable.
