Vintage enamel flower jewelry holder with free earrings

Sweet rare vintage enamel flower jewelry holder. It has come away from the base so could be reglued by the new owner. Has some signs of wear due to age and use. I am including two pairs of earrings with this item unless they sell separately since they are listed currently. I will adjust this if that happens.
