Looks like scribbled art drawn florals. Yellow/greens/blues/browns. White buttons. Double button cuffs. Thicker synthetic material, not a thin polyester. Side slits at hem. May fit up to Medium(see measurements). Model is 5’9, size small. Can be worn like a jacket, or belted. Made by StyleRite.
