Vintage exotic (Tibetan?) handmade tribal bracelet w turquoise and coral inlay

Double sided center made of solid brass and inlaid with natural blue turquoise and red coral. In excellent condition. 7" long. Green round beads are either glass, or bakelite like manmade material.
