Vintage exotic Tribal Tibetan (?) handmade necklace w turquoise lapis and coral

Vintage handmade exotic necklace. Likely from Nepal, Tibet. With what looks like blue turquoise, red coral and deep blue lapis lazuli stones. These could be manmade materials, or real stone powder mixed with the jewelry paste, as they appear too uniform in color. Solid brass metal, with a nice flower in the center and decorations on the sides. 18 chain plus 3" extension. The pendant is 2.7 cm long (with bail) and 3.9 cm wide. Some wear on the chain around the back of the neck, where it looks less like brass and more like silver. Otherwise in very good condition. It's distressed look is part of the design.
