Vintage exotic handmade silver ring with red / pink enamel

Vintage exotic handmade ring with red / pink enamel and prong set rhinestones. Size 6. Has a stamp that looks like 65. Could be a stamp for 65% silver content, but can't say for sure. I used to have a bracelet with the same stamp, and it tested positive for silver.
