Vintage The Works by Venture floral skirt. Has a zippered back with button closet. Slight elastic part to waist for comfortable fit. Pocket. A few stray threads near waist band that are coming loose. Doesn’t impact wear or function. No material tag or size tag. I’ve sized as a women’s small. Feels like a lighter cotton material or cotton blend. White mark near back button.
