Vintage floral midaxi dress 12

vintage 90s cream midaxi button down dress with dainty floral print! Phoebe bouffay style! scoop neck and cap sleeves. no fabric tag but I am quite sure it's rayon. there is a line on the bust but I believe it is a variable in the fabric and not a stain. I'm not in a rush for this to leave my collection... size 12 but please check measurements PTP 18 waist 15 length 48
