Vintage floral mini skort - size small

Cutest 90s vintage mini skort. Black with blue and green floral print. Faux-wrap skirt style…but with the comfort of shorts! Perfect for spring and summer. Tag says size 5-6. Best fits a small or small, 24-26 waist. See the measurements noted in the pics. No flaws. The fabric is a lightweight polyester. Machine washable. Love this but it doesn’t fit me anymore.
