Vintage floral print midi dress with faux wrap top

Vintage floral print midi dress with faux wrap top. Pleated panel insert at V-neck. Panel waistband to sits below waistline. Pleated detail down front center of skirt. Pullover style. May need slip to wear under. 100%polyester. May fit Medium best or a looser Small. Model is 5’9, US 4. Made by difusion. Approx 44in length, 10in item collar to cuff, 22in pit to pit, 18in shoulder to top seam of waistband, 17.5in width across seam at top of waistband. Looks like there was a small seam repair under right armpit(see last pic).
