Vintage flouncy sleeved top

Vintage Joseph A qu’est-ce que c’est silk ribbed pullover top with flounced/ruffle 💃 detail along 3/4 length sleeves and waist hens. Beautiful vintage condition (I suspect early 1990’s) with no obvious flaws or wear 👗👛 Size L but would fit S/M/L because of cut of top and stretch in fabric. 80% rayon, 20% nylon
