Most likely from the earlier 90s. It is light and flowy, with a very stretchy one size fits most waistband and drawstring. Fabric is slightly sheer, but is very gathered and flowy. Size: free size 100% rayon made in india measurements: waist - 13 1/2" unstretched length - 35" condition: Excellent vintage.
