Vintage frill hem skirt slip M

This cute vintage half slip/skirt slip has a few flaws but is a great layering piece and the frill hem is so cute and sweet! Looks amazing peeking out under a dress or a pencil skirt. Front and back are basically the same, all flaws pictured. Some dropped stitches, and the elastic in the waistband is a little bit over stretched. A couple of marks, but would be covered by anything it's being worn under. Lots of give in the material, nice and slinky. measurements laid flat waist 15.5" hips 19" length 26"
