Vintage frill top dress

This dress is adorable! A true vintage gem in fantastic condition. High neck, detailed pleats and delicate frill… Tag is missing and there is no indication of size but I put it at a sz 4-6 (waist band stretches). There are two dainty loop holes for a belt.
