What is the shoulder to shoulder measurement of this? Also any holes or wear marks? Is this sheepskin or suede? Thanks!!

@alisonrobson approx 17-18 inch. No holes. One tiny pen mark .5 inch on the left side of the coat. Barely noticeable. I believe it’s suede.
