Vintage genuine cameo pendant and chain, both gold filled

A very pretty 5/8" pendant in a frame with fluted edges, hanging from a 16" chain. The pendant is marked 12K GF on the bail, while the chain is marked TOR GF. The necklace comes in what I believe is the original box, from Peoples jewellers. All in excellent shape, with some wear on the corners of the box.
