Vintage genuine pearl 3 strand necklaces with earrings

Stunning pearl necklace. Three strands of pearls. The pearl on the enclosure is not authentic. Some of the pearls are misshaped and are different lengths. I noticed one that is rather flawed and has an extra hole drilled in it. I am no pearl expert but these pass the tooth test. Extra earrings added are also genuine pearls and the one is not set quite right and the card is not original. Please see photos for the best description thank you
