Vintage girls winter coat. Velvet floral design with bow detail in back

Statement coat for little girl! Peasant style, floral design with statement bow at the back. Like new, worn a few times to church. Seam has come down on one side(see photo) but easily repaired. Made in Canada. They don’t make pieces like this anymore. Winter coat 021.1
