Vintage glazed pottery hand painted bell

Sweet little vintage glazed pottery bell hand painted with delicate blue flowers. Handle is cobalt blue as is the band around top of body of bell. Black writing inside bell (undecipherable). This pretty decorative bell is in excellent condition and stands 4” tall. 060
