Vintage gold leather look clutch

Gold leather look fold over handbag. Gold metal handle to carry or fold over and hold the bag. Zipper. Lined. Approximately 9” by 5” or 9” by 10” depending on how you use it. Good condition. Made in Italy. I am unsure whether this is leather or manmade.
