Vintage gold plated fire flame ring with emerald and ruby (?) stones

Vintage gold plated ring. Shaped like a fire flame. With teardrop faux pearl and green emerald-like, pink ruby-like and white sapphire-like stones. All securely prong set. Not sure if they are natural, or lab created. They look nice and without any bubbles inside. Slight tarnish near one side where the band is coming to the front, otherwise in like new condition. Size 7.5
