Vintage half circle chiffon skirt by A.J. Bari

This vintage double layered half circle chiffon skirt has so much movement and the cutest little waistline. Says size 12 and though it is an American line, I think it was some vintage size 12;) actually more like a 6. Waist is 28” Hips are 44” Length is 32”
