Vintage hand embroidered Spanish Coat of Arms

Striking embroidery. Found in the home of a late relative. Spanish Coat of Arms, 20"x19". It does not look like it comes from a mass produced design. Rather, it appears to be hand-drawn and embroidered with thickish yarn, maybe wool. It has a folk art vibe. The blue crown on the top is unusual (mostly seen in red or gold). There is the slightest bleed of colour and faint water stains. Please see the photos. Not sure if it was washed or got wet at some point. It is a very eye-catching piece.
