Vintage hand painted milk glass and silver biscuit jar

Beautiful vintage hand painted biscuit jar with floral motif. It has a silver handle and rim. There was probably a lid at one time, but it’s missing. Likely circa 1930s. It is in excellent used condition with no chips or cracks. See photos for description.
