Vintage handmade 1950's blue cocktail dress and lace bolero jacket

A beautiful dress and bolero jacket set from the 1950's, no doubt hand-made with care. The material has a soft natural feel with perhaps a cotton/rayon (this is a guess) in a baby blue shade, fitted with cute bow details and the lace on the bolero jacket.
