Vintage handmade Children Infant cotton embroidered overalls

Vintage Guatemalan hand made children’s overalls. Beautifully embroidered with vivid colours. I think cotton/linen? Wonderfully made, never used. 17” from shoulder to hem. 10” wide flat lay. Not sure what size that would be so I put 0-3 just in case but seems like a baby up to 16lbs maybe?
