Vintage handmade leather purse Morocco

This is a handmade purse that is in need of repair. It has been in my moms closet for a long time, so only one owner but it was not Oil properly. The strap is broken. And some of the fringe is deteriorating. But it’s a unique piece and could possibly be refurbished into something else. The purse section is 9 1/2 high by 10 white it opens up to 14 inches high.
