Handmade red vintage long sleeved maxi dress with neck and waist ties. Tie at neckline. Removable matching tie at waist with two belt loops. Elasticized cuffs and waist. (Please note although waistline looks tiny, it stretches to approx 20” flat across with elastic fully extended). Colour is red with a hint of orange. Likely 1970s.
