Vintage handmade mini rose earrings

This earrings I bought from a vintage store. The back of the earrings has tiny written like “Bo STERLING” sth. Hard to read all of it. Online checking said it is sterling silver. Unsure but a pretty little vintage one. From a smoke free and pet free home. All earrings no return or exchange.
