Vintage handmade velvet a-line skirt

Cute vintage handmade rust brown velvet a-line skirt. The hem is hand stitched as well as part of the waistband and the closure is five snaps and two hooks and clasps. The fabric looks like it is discoloured as seen in photos but not really noticeable when wearing it. Measurements Waist: 24.75" Length: 30" Side Closure: 7.5"
