Vintage hat

No label inside. Sage green velvet ribbon and pink flower. Super clean; no smell or marks. The brim is wired, so it can be adjusted. Can be worn slouched down or pulled higher up. At its full height it measures 9 inches and at the lowest about 4.5 inches. Inside circumference is approximately 20 inches.
