Vintage | heart shaped 🩷 potpourri or pomander holder

Unbranded but I suspect this is Inarco. They have very similar ones with different painted designs. The design looks like transferware. Pre-owned in good vintage condition. The stopper is intact but due to age - use caution. It looks like it originally had a thin gold string or a ribbon for hanging. I have washed it but there's some lingering scent.
