What material is this?
And waist is a 14? Is stretchy?

@they_say_99 I’m not entirely sure of the material as there are no tags, but it is smooth, silky and very stretchy! It has an elastic waistband that is 15in relaxed and 19in stretched out. But of course the belt can cinch it tighter 😉.

What’s the length from the belt to the bottom of the skirt? I’m curious if it would accommodate a petticoat

@eveangeli It’s 63.5 cm/24.75 inches from belt to bottom. It’s 79.5 cm/31.25 inches across the bottom. Hope that helps ☺️.
