Vintage (?) high waisted boho skirt

Absolutely gorgeous floral ruffle skirt, Spell Gypsy vibes, gorgeous fall colours. Purchased second and was told it was vintage. The tag is removed so I cannot be sure, however, the material is lovely. Fits like a medium, please see measurements. Easily stretches to 15”. Im a 27” waist and it fits like a dream.
