Vintage high waisted cutoff shorts

90’s Hhigh waisted navy blue cutoff shorts. Sasson brand. Made in Canada. Great vintage condition. My lighting isn’t great and makes them look black but they are navy blue. Tag size 8 but vintage size 8. Listed as a 26 but please read check measurements in photos. Reasonable offers welcome. Smoke free cat friendly home.
