Vintage high waisted slit pinstripe pencil skirt, xsmall,satin underskirt

vintage HER high waisted black and white pinstripe pencil skirt with a slit, zipper, button and hook closure, and satin jupon lining. 70% rayon 30% polyester. It sais size 5 but i usually wear small/us2 and this is too small for me, so lets say it is xsmall! made in canada i dont know the real year of fabrication but i have this piece since the late 90's and got it from a second hand friperie.
